Customer Service Rep (CSR)
We are searching for the next superstar Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! The CSR is literally the hub of all departments and a key part of client relations – attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude are important traits we’re looking for!
YOUR PURPOSE WILL INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
- Being a superstar team player
- Processing client orders accurately and efficiently
- Being a bright spot in a supplier or client’s day
- Finding solutions to order issues (because life happens)
- Using cloud-based software for communication and order processing
- Assisting team members as needed

- Noticing details (at or near OCD levels)
- Written and verbal communication
